Fourth, find a reliable roofing company for repairs.
When shopping for a roofing contractor, ask questions. Are they licensed, bonded, and insured? Do they have a good reputation? How long have they been in business? Traveling contractors who follow storms have no reputation to uphold, and their workmanship may be substandard.
